On March 5-7, 2024 the ORI team conducted training on Cost-Benefit Analysis -  Public Investment Management for representatives of the municipalities of Mestia, Oni, Marneuli, Dmanisi, Bolnisi and Rustavi.

This initiative aims to strengthen the skills of municipal staff by focusing on cost-benefit analysis (CBA).

The subsequent phase involves the practical application of the skills learned as the team conducts CBA for six projects by providing on-the-job training to municipal staff in conducting CBA on infrastructure projects.
