Simulation

Why Simulation Matters?

In a world where complexity is the norm, understanding and improving processes, systems, and strategies requires more than intuition. Simulation Modeling is the tool that enables you to experiment with your ideas in a risk-free virtual environment. It helps you predict outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.

Whether you're seeking to streamline supply chains, improve healthcare delivery, or enhance manufacturing efficiency, Simulation Modeling provides a powerful platform for testing scenarios, optimizing operations, and making data-driven decisions.

Benefits of Our Service

Partnering with the Operations Research Institute for Simulation Modeling offers numerous advantages:

Our team has a strong academic background in mathematics and operations research. This ensures a solid foundation and mastery of simulation modelling techniques and methodologies.

Partnering with us provides access to an extensive network of local and international experts. This enriches our capabilities, allowing for diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.

With several years of hands-on experience in simulation modelling. Our team brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise, having successfully completed numerous projects in various industries.

Our team is composed of professionals from different sectors, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to simulation modelling. This diversity enables us to tackle complex challenges and provide comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of diverse industries.

We are committed to innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving. Using the latest tools and methodologies, we deliver tailored solutions that effectively address specific client needs.

Our Framework:

We work with our partners to build their personalized simulation models with our standardized robust framework. This entails:

1. Consulting with our partners and analysing the system to be modelled

2. Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) of the system

3. Building the simulation model in the programming language, or simulation software (such as simul8)

4. Gathering and analysing data in cooperation with our partner, defining statistical distributions for each process of the system

5. Run the simulation model calculating KPIs

6. Providing the partner with insights and recommendations for improving the system, while providing quantitative measures for improvement in each KPI
