The project aims to equip local municipal staff with the skills to evaluate investment costs, assess economic feasibility, and understand the potential impacts of projects through cost-benefit analysis (CBA).

The process involves training and coaching sessions specifically designed for local government staff.

The final phase of the project includes the preparation of the framework of the CBA model for each municipality.
